These terms cover your use of labgrade.co and any guide or membership you buy from LabGrade ("we", "us"), a brand of DELARO Studio, Tennessee, USA. By using the site or buying a guide, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Digital information guides and an optional membership that adds monthly updates and a private Discord community. We do not sell or ship any physical product, medicine or compound.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or buy anything from us.

3. Your licence

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it. You may not resell, republish or share it publicly, or share your membership access.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Membership

Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling removes Discord access at the end of that period.

7. No medical advice

Our guides are information only. Read the disclaimer. You are responsible for how you use the information and for following the laws where you live.

8. Accuracy

We check sources carefully and date our prices, but vendors change prices, stock and products. We don't guarantee that any third-party information stays current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LabGrade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a third-party vendor sells or does. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
